Governing Board
CSA is overseen by a Governing Board, whose authority is derived from the association’s membership and constitution and bylaws. The Governing Board consists of a minimum of 11 members elected by the membership, including 2–3 graduate student representatives, plus the President, Vice-President, and Immediate Past President.
