University Housing

We are pleased to be able to offer discounted housing options for the 15th Annual Cultural Studies Association Conference through Georgetown University's Summer Conference Housing Program. Conference Housing in Kennedy Hall includes free WiFi and access to the Georgetown University athletic facilities, including "courts for basketball, racquetball, handball and squash, a 25-meter swimming pool and diving well, universal weight machines, saunas and a dance room." Further details on the facilities, transportation, and surrounding area can be found on Georgetown University's website

You have a choice between double occupancy (sharing a room with someone) or single occupancy in Kennedy Hall

These prices include all occupancy taxes and cleaning fees. Due to the constraints of our contract with the Program, all of the rooms are for all four nights of the conference: they assume arrival on Wednesday, May 24 and departure Sunday, May 28.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in may occur between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm in the Residence Hall Office located in the
assigned residence hall or apartment complex, unless indicated otherwise by the Office of
Residential Living.

All conference participants must vacate and check out of their rooms by 10:00 am on the
scheduled day of departure.

Please email Michelle Fehsenfeld at contact@culturalstudiesassociation.org with roommate requests or if you have any further questions/concerns.
